Purchase Conditions

CONTRACT SCOPE

These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all AROMATIC CBD items through its website, to costumers who may be delivered orders in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. AROMATIC CBD informs that its website is aimed exclusively at an audience over the age of 18. AROMATIC CBD reserves the right to terminate a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service. AROMATIC CBD sells aromatic and/or collecting products, and is not responsible for the use that its customers can make of its products.

 

PURCHASE LIMIT

For security reasons, purchases of more than 1,500 euros and more than 40 items per order cannot be made.

 

PRICE

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are detailed in each item and include 21% I.V.A. (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated manner at the time he places the order.

 

PAYMENT

The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an indispensable condition for the formalization of the same. Under no circumstances can payment be made at a later date. Payment is not accepted through deferred procedures such as cash on delivery, and in the case of payment by transfer, the order will only be processed when the deposit has reached our account, the receipts are not valid as a method of payment.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery time will be a maximum of 72 calendar days from the completion of the purchase. The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the customer according to the following characteristics:

• 5.1 Home delivery:

- "Standard" shipping: The customer must pay the transport costs in purchases less than 60 euros.

- Shipping "Free on purchases over 60 euros".

- Free "Cordoba" shipping: All customers whose shipping address is located in Córdoba capital will not have to pay the transport costs.

The address indicated by the customer may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and shipping address do not need to match. Our transport provider will send a notification indicating the day the delivery will be made and allowing the change of date and delivery address. On the same day on which delivery is planned, our transport provider will send another notification recalling the details of the planned delivery.

• 5.2 Incidents of delivery: In case of not being able to make the delivery in the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and try to contact the recipient by phone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept the exchange or return thereof.

AROMATIC CBD is also not responsible for any damage your package may suffer, but we treat our products with the utmost delicacy and protect all fragile items, in order to ensure that the shipment arrives in excellent condition.

All products are legal in Spain, but some are stipulated as unfit for human consumption. AROMATIC CBD is not responsible for the misuse of its products. Every buyer must be over or equal to 18 years.
